  • ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $30 DEPOSIT FOR EACH APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED
  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED WHEN CANCELLING ANY APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT. A NEW $30 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • CLIENTS WHO CANCEL 2+ APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW WILL BE CHARGED A $30  INCONVENIENCE FEE DUE BEFORE ANY FURTHER SERVICES ARE RENDERED
  • THERE IS A NO CELLPHONE USAGE DURING SERVICING UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY OR TO SHOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE DONE TO YOUR NAILS. THIS IS TO ELIMINATE CROSS CONTAMINATION AFTER WASHING YOUR HANDS AND MESSING UP YOUR NAILS DURING APPLICATION AND DESIGN PROCESS.
  • ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK COVERING YOUR FACE AND NOSE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO COME WITH YOU. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • NO CALL NO SHOWS FORFEIT ALL DEPOSITS MADE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE!


NEW CLIENTS

  • LOCATION ADDRESS IS NOT GIVEN UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS IS A SAFETY PRECAUTION.
  • THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT A CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA TEXT. (Please allow up to 9pm to receive) ONCE YOU RESPOND "CONFIRMED" YOU WILL BE SENT THE FULL ADDRESS. 
  • YOU WILL HAVE 8 HOURS TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DON'T CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE 8 HOUR TIME PERIOD GIVEN TO RESPOND, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED, DEPOSIT FORFEITED &  ANOTHER DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT
  • ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR THRU THE CASH APP BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED. (NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you have one of these forms of payment or services will not be rendered.) 
  •  PLEASE COME WITH ALL POLISH AND ENHANCEMENTS REMOVED, I DO NOT remove product that I did not apply.
  • PLEASE PLAN TO BE HERE AT LEAST 2 HRS or MORE! Every client does not get the same services so there will be times where you will have to wait before getting in the chair..



LATE POLICY
  • ALL CLIENTS ARE ONLY GIVEN 15 MINUTES TO BE LATE!!!! (5 minutes early would be ideal). AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 INCONVENIENCE FEE that must be paid before any further services are rendered or appointments scheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be in accordance of Nelles Nails clock.
  • IF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME CHANGES AT THE TECHS REQUEST, THE GRACE PERIOD STILL APPLIES.
  • IN THE EVENT YOU ARE LATE, YOU MAY BE DENIED CERTAIN SERVICES DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS.
  • BECAUSE ALL CLIENTS DON'T GET THE SAME SERVICE THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 15-30MIN BEFORE GETTING IN THE CHAIR. PLEASE BE PATIENT


REOCCURRING APPOINTMENTS:

REOCCURRING APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY FOR REGULAR CLIENTS WHO COME ON A 2-3 WEEK BASIS CONSISTENTLY FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR.

THERE IS A $150 CONVENIENCE FEE TO HAVE A REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT. THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT.

REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT HOLDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DEPOSITS.

3 OR MORE APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED IN A ROW = REMOVAL FROM REOCCURRING. NO EXCEPTIONS!
