  • ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $35 DEPOSIT FOR EACH APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED WHEN CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING ANY APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND/OR REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $35 CANCELLATION FEE BEFORE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT MAY BE SCHEDULED.

  • SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS = $85 INCOVENIENCE  FEE TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ANY OTHER APPOINTMENTS ARE HONORED OR RESCHEDULED.  THE DEPOSIT  ON FILE (FOR SAID DAY) WILL BE SUBTRACTED AND BALANCE OF $50 WILL BE DUE,

  • THERE IS A NO CELLPHONE USAGE DURING SERVICING UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY OR TO SHOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE DONE TO YOUR NAILS. THIS IS TO ELIMINATE CROSS CONTAMINATION AFTER WASHING YOUR HANDS AND MESSING UP YOUR NAILS DURING APPLICATION AND DESIGN PROCESS.

  • NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO COME WITH YOU. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • NO CALL NO SHOWS FORFEIT ALL DEPOSITS MADE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE!

NEW CLIENTS

LOCATION ADDRESS IS GIVEN THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS IS A SAFETY PRECAUTION.  (FOR REFERENCE, I AM NEAR THE MGM CASINO)

  • YOU MUST COME WITH YOUR NAILS COMPLETELY NAKED. THAT MEANS FREE OF ALL ENHANCEMENTS INCLUDING ANY AND ALL TYPES OF ACRYLICS, DIP POWDER, GEL X , OR GEL POLISH CLEAR OR COLORED.  I DO NOT remove any type of product that I did not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • PLEASE PLAN TO BE HERE AT LEAST 2 HRS or MORE!  (Every client does not get the same service so there will be times where you will have to wait before getting in the chair) PLEASE PLAN TO WAIT PATIENTLY IN YOUR CAR until notified via text. 
  • LATE POLICY

    • ALL CLIENTS ARE ONLY GIVEN 15 MINUTES TO BE LATE.  NO MATTER IF NELLESNAILS IS RUNNING BEHIND OR NOT. Client is still expected to honor original appointment time.

    • AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL $85 INCONVENIENCE FEE that must be paid before any further services are rendered or appointment is honored. NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be in accordance with Nelles Nails clock.

    • IN THE EVENT YOU ARE LATE, YOU MAY BE DENIED CERTAIN SERVICES DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS.

    • BECAUSE ALL CLIENTS DON'T GET THE SAME SERVICE THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 10-35 MIN BEFORE GETTING IN THE CHAIR. PLEASE PLAN TO WAIT PATIENTLY. I WILL NOT and DO NOT RUSH.

    SICK POLICY 

    DO NOT show up to your appointment sick in any SHAPE FORM OR FASHION. This includes, runny nose, sniffles, coughing, sore throat and ALLERGIES included. Please reschedule for the next available appointment. Showing up to your appointment sick will result in AUTOMATIC appointment cancellation, forfeiture of ALL REMANING DEPOSITS and you WILL NOT be allowed to book in the future. This policy is in place to protect ALL clients as well as Nelles Nails.


    REOCCURRING APPOINTMENTS:

    • REOCCURRING APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY FOR REGULAR CLIENTS WHO COME ON A 2-3 WEEK BASIS CONSISTENTLY FOR AT LEAST  1 YEAR.

    • THERE IS A $225 CONVENIENCE FEE TO HAVE A REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT. THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT AND IS NON REFUNDABLE.

    • REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT HOLDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DEPOSITS. 

    • REOCURRING APPOINTMENTS CAN BE TERMINATED AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE AT NELLES NAILS DISCRETION. IN THIS EVENT, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

    • 3 OR MORE APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED IN A ROW = REMOVAL FROM REOCCURRING. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    ALL POLICIES APPLY TO REOCCURRING APPOINTMENT HOLDERS AS WELL
